usage meter 2.3 collection failed

Hello,

I'm trying to use vcloud usage meter 2.3 to collect data from 2 vcenter. The first is on the same network and there is no problem.

The second is accessed through internet and the collection failed. I can see trafic exchange between appliance and second vcenter, my logs show me that um can retrieve some informations but the collection still failed.

Here is my log in um.log in order to help
