Upgrade VUsageM 3.3 ->3.5

Hi there,

I have a simple question I guess. Is that corrrect, that if I want to upgrade vom Version 3.3 or later to 3.5, I have to install a new Appliance and configre all settings from scratch, instead of just installing an upgrade file like I did with all previous versions ?
