Try as I might when I put the mailserver hostname or IP in the host box on the Email tab then when I try a test no mail comes through.
If I then log off the appliance and log back in again the Host box is blank. This happens every time, so the Host is not being saved and therefore I have no warning facility if the log collection starts to fail.
Has anybody come across this before and has any tips, or is this a support call issue?
Can't believe this is a general fault or surely somebody would know about it by now?
