Need report that shows VM, allocated storage, allocated RAM, CPU, creation date, deletion date, etc

I am working with a customer that bills their clients based on basic characteristics of the VM - CPUs, allocated RAM, allocated storage, time powered on, creation date, deletion date, etc. Is it possible to get that kind of report from Cloud Usage Meter? If so, how do I do it? Thanks.
