My monthly auto generated reports that go to my Distribution partner are going out either blank or with just the headers in the csv files and have been for the last few months - it seems to have stopped working correctly around the end of November.
When I run the manual report it generates fine.
Is anybody else having this problem? and if so what works to fix this - at this stage I have tried
- deleting and re-adding the settings for the auto reports
- rebooting the vCloud UM virtual appliance
All with no difference in the results
