I'm seeing something strange in my environment. I've got a bunch of rules created for customers who only have permissions on a certain folder/resource pool (all depending on which view they are using). However, if a customer creates a vApp and put his/her VMs in that given vApp, the rule I created in usage meter cannot see any vms. Is this a bug or "working as intended"?
